Some users may encounter 691 error code when using GearUP Booster which can be address by the following steps:
Reason: Boosting server/password verification failed. This occurs when GearUP Booster is logged in to multiple PCs at the same time.
Solution: Turn off GearUP Booster and log back in after some time. Then submit feedback to us.
