30013 error
When you encounter error 30013, please try reinstalling GearUP Booster first.
Windows 7 System:
- Press Win+R to open the Run dialog, then type
services.msc
and press Enter to open the "Services" window.
- In the Services window, locate the Windows Update service. Check if its status is "Started". If it is not, right-click on the service, select Properties, set the Startup type to Automatic, and then click OK. After that, right-click the service again and select Start.
- Ensure your Windows 7 is up to date. For instructions on how to check for updates, you can refer to this blog: How to Check for Updates for Windows 7.
- If error 30013 persists after updating, download and install this patch, and then restart your computer: Microsoft Update KB3020369.
Windows 10/11 System:
If you encounter error code 30013 while using the host accelerator, please reinstall the client. If reinstalling the client does not resolve the issue, kindly submit a problem report, and we will address it as soon as possible.
