Q: Why didn’t I receive a reward after inviting a friend?
The following issues may prevent you from receiving the referral reward. We recommend confirming the following:
1. Please ensure that your friend downloaded the client using your exclusive link, not from the official website. Additionally, if GearUP Booster is already installed on your friend’s computer, they should uninstall it first before installing your exclusive client via the referral link.
2. Your friend can only grant you a reward after completing the first-time boosting or recharge.
3. If another user has already provided a referral reward on this device, any new users on the same device will not be able to grant you a referral reward
4. If your friend's boosted a game is a time-limited free (which doesn't trigger a free trial membership), you won't receive the first-time boosting reward!
